OneSource’s Executive Leadership Team collectively has more than a century of business experience, including more than fifty years directly owning, producing, and fulfilling high quality billing statements for a variety of industry verticals. The Executive Team brings to the Company a vast array of experience in a number of disciplines including general management, financial services, print production, information technology, customer service, and sales and marketing.
Tom is responsible for the solicitation, development and implementation of marketing and advertising initiatives using the print and electronic statement along with developing and maintaining third party relationships in support of our advertising programs, including those with ad agencies and data providers. In addition, Tom oversees plant operations, materials procurement and the management of daily plant operations and client services. He has held various positions in business development and marketing with OneSource, and prior to that was the founder and CEO of Relapoint Corporation, a mobile software company providing communications solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He was also Vice President & co-founder of Colorblock Corporation, which was recognized by the U.S. Government for their entrepreneurial success. Additionally, Tom has over ten years of operational and marketing experience with high growth emergent companies. He has a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
MIGUEL A. (Mike) MARTINEZ
Mike is responsible for the key finance and accounting functions of the company, including human resources, and has more than twenty years of experience directing the financial and operating affairs of changing organizations. Before coming to OneSource, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of uBid Holdings, Inc., a NASDAQ listed $100 million multi-channel asset recovery solution provider for excess inventory. Mike has also held executive leadership positions with the Hartford Computer Group, Inc., Elek Tec, Inc., and The Reliable Corporation and Office 1 Superstores. He is a CPA, and a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago.
VP/GM of Business Continuity
Ron Stott has provided Business Continuity solutions to fortune 1000 companies for nearly 20 years. With an education and background in business and engineering, Ron found his passion in the world of print to mail disaster recovery as part of the initial startup team at Mail-Gard. A member of the small startup team, Ron developed and managed the facility and process workflow through all phases of the recovery process. Ron then moved to sales where he worked closely with his client base, continuing to provide recovery solutions and service excellence.
Following a move to PPI Secure Solutions/Valid USA, Ron continued to sell recovery solutions to Fortune 1000 companies in the insurance, healthcare, utility and financial industries while overseeing all aspects of the former Bell & Howell recovery center located in Bethlehem, PA.
Joining OneSource in 2014, Ron brings vast industry knowledge and experience to the management team. Focusing on sales, Ron works with clients developing and testing Business Continuity and other solutions from our OneSource platform. With a hands-on approach, Ron works closely with your team and vendors to develop, document and implement comprehensive solutions customized to your environment.
